Customer Journey – Design, Supply, Advise

If you choose Warner’s to help you achieve your dream room on a supply-only basis, your journey with us will look like this:

Showroom Visit

We welcome you to our showroom to view products, browse brochures and be inspired.

Hopefully you will share your budget with us to maximise our ability to design your bespoke room and we can schedule a site survey.

Site Survey

For supply and advise projects, Warners Innovations will offer you the option to complete your site survey. We. will carry out an in-depth survey so. that we can produce an accurate and detailed plan.

Our surveyor will discuss various options based on your current configuration and any possibilities in keeping with regulations.

Design Consultation

We invite you to the showroom. 

Using your brief and ideas, we discuss the style and schemes for your project

Design (optional)

By request, our designers can create a design of your bespoke bathroom, wet room, en suite or cloakroom. We’ll provide you with three images; a dimension image, a bird’s eye view and a 3D render taken from an angle of your choice  We do charge a small fee to cover our designers’ time, although this will be deducted from your final invoice should your order exceed our minimum value.

Please note: the design fee includes 2 amendments to the design; any further amendments will be chargeable.

Quotation

Following the design consultation or your design, we will create a full specification of fixtures and fittings for your bespoke room.

Once you are happy with your quotation and would like to proceed with the refurbishment, full payment is payable to secure your products.

Customer Service

We will order all of your products for delivery to our warehouse and will quality check everything as it arrives to ensure you have everything to hand ready for the start of your project, saving you time and stress.

We will let you know when everything is ready for the start of your project.

Dedicated Point of Contact

When you choose Warner’s to provide the products for your dream room, you will have a dedicated contact within our team who will oversee your project throughout your journey with us.

This means that you will always receive excellent customer service by someone who knows your project and always has your happiness in mind.
